It&#39;s rare to take a moment to reflect on our lives when we are busy with <a href=\"https:\/\/cafemom.com\/parenting\/10-tips-for-getting-your-kids-up-and-out-on-school-mornings\">kids&#39; schedules<\/a>, work meetings, and <a href=\"https:\/\/cafemom.com\/lifestyle\/3-step-formula-that-takes-the-planning-out-of-meal-planning\">meal plans<\/a>. It&#39;s hard to stop and appreciate our health \u2026 that is, until something goes wrong.<\/p>\n<p>When Margaret Elenis was first diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, she was devastated. It was hard for her to look at her 2 \u00bd-year-old son.
