As parents, we often find ourselves <a href=\"https:\/\/cafemom.com\/parenting\/hey-moms-feeling-the-pressure-to-do-it-all-im-feeling-it-too\">trying too hard to do it all<\/a> and be all for our children. We&#39;re so busy we many not even realize the kids are no longer the only ones who are getting older.<\/p>\n<p>One day, you may look at your parents and realize you&#39;re now a sandwich mom and that your parents are at a point in life where <a href=\"https:\/\/cafemom.com\/lifestyle\/10-resources-to-use-when-caring-for-aging-parents\">they also need help<\/a>. Although we want to do everything we can for them, it\u2019s not always easy, and <a href=\"https:\/\/cafemom.com\/parenting\/how-to-manage-demands-of-motherhood-and-caregiving-sandwich-mom\">we often wonder how it&#39;s possible to do it all<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As members of the so-called &quot;sandwich generation,&quot; we are stuck in the middle of raising our children but also needing to be there to help our aging parents.
