When children are young, hurt feelings happen a lot<\/a>. School-aged children can end up hurt when playdate, outing, and birthday invitations begin. It’s hard when kids leave a child out, but parents have to do their best to manage their feelings<\/a>. If the child is a twin and their sibling receives an invitation but they don’t, the heartache could be unbearable. So what is a parent to do? A TikToker named Kristen posted about a dilemma with her own twin daughters<\/a> that left her heartbroken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kristen, who posts as @thefoxsaystwins<\/a>, is the mom of identical twin 5-year-old girls, Jana and Kinsley. The girls are both in the same class, and recently, one received an invitation to a birthday party while the other did not. Kristen didn’t know what to do or how to feel and went to TikTok for support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
